Aufgabenbeschreibung

Manage independently at least one circle or project and mainly take responsibility for your team’s output
Take hands-on responsibility by supporting your Product Lead and Tech Lead in regards to project management tasks
Management of and communication with all relevant stakeholders
Act as a role model for your team, keep spirits high and bring drive into your project topic
Identify problems and find efficient and pragmatic solutions for blockers
Bring in your own ideas and creations by having a lot of freedom in your job
Work in an international environment with flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes

Geforderte Fähigkeiten

Deep understanding of technology and eCommerce, business processes and functional dependencies
At least 2 years of experience in IT product management or IT project management
You have excellent communication skills and can easily put yourself in someone else’s perspective
You are analytical, data-driven and focus on efficiency and solutions
You have a proactive attitude, want to take responsibility for your decisions and go the extra mile when needed
You are always prepared, well-organized and on time
Enthusiasm for information technology
You are comfortable working in an international working environment
