Aufgabenbeschreibung

  • As Head of CRM (m/f/x) you take on the responsibility of creating and developing our overall Customer Retention and Lifecycle Management strategy
  • You specify our CRM/CDP Use Cases and define our related data strategy in order to develop scalable and innovative processes that will positively impact our KPIs and will increase the relevance and degree of personalization of our campaigns
  • You implement together with a Product Owner and our dedicated IT teams the CRM/CDP system (Customer Value Management, Customer Retention, Customer Journeys)
  • You significantly drive growth and maximize the customer value by using the collected data to shape and execute customer activation strategies
  • You analyze and optimize the current campaign setup and processes as well as the development of strategic opportunities to automate within the CRM channel
  • You work hands-on in projects that will solve current challenges and foster the teams to grow by supporting them with best practices

Geforderte Fähigkeiten

  • You bring extensive expertise as a Customer Relation, Customer Success or Customer Engagement Manager and 6+ years of CRM/CDP leadership experience gained in B2C marketing
  • You come with a proven track record of successful implementation and scaling of CRM/CDP in a fast-paced environment, ideally from industries with low frequency/long consumer purchase cycles
  • You have outstanding analytical and conceptual skills and a very good grasp for target group specific communication at the same time
  • You are highly goal-oriented, perform especially well in an agile, iterative environment and are always eager to deliver quickly even under uncertainty
  • You are an absolute teamplayer with strong communication skills in German, ideally also in English, and always take various requirements and needs of your supporting departments into account
