  • Drive sales volume and efficiency for all marketing initiatives and channels to support success of operative and long-term strategic goals
  • Independent management of 3rd party cooperation channels and high reach campaigns
  • Continuous optimisation and evaluation of ongoing marketing activities
  • Steer banks sourcing and contract management
  • Ongoing analysis of all acquisition channels and B2B partnerships to strive for best conditions and outcomes
  • Develop and maintain suitable KPI & reporting structures and metrics for all media types to increase marketing efficiency
  • Manage projects with marketing or group wide impact to improve customer acquisition
  • Participate in agile working group and support of transformation organisation
  • Market and competition monitoring to recommend best practice and new technologies

Geforderte Fähigkeiten

  • Bachelor in business administration, econometrics or similar studies
  • Several years professional experience in a comparable role in an marketing, media or business function
  • Experience in managing online channels (e.g. comparison platforms and / or affiliates) and negotiation of conditions is a plus
  • In-depth understanding of marketing and media planning / reporting incl. digital marketing
  • Sound experience in developing and/or maintaining performance marketing efficiency measurement models
  • Analytical and conceptual strength as well as creativity in finding solutions
  • High number affinity and secure handling of MS Excel, Tableau, PowerBI etc.
  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
