Aufgabenbeschreibung

  • Working hand in hand with our Senior Customer Experience Operations Manager, you will drive and deliver best in class service for our B2B clients.
  • You will manage a team of talented Customer Support Specialists (10 -15 people)
  • You will build and entertain lasting relationship with our internal stakeholders
  • Your will be responsible for performance management, foster best practices to exceed customer expectations
  • You are a people manager: from feedback discussions to personal development opportunities, you will inspire your team to reach their full potential
  • You will actively deliver coaching and training sessions for your team
  • You will monitor KPIs while focusing on efficiency and quality

Geforderte Fähigkeiten

  • You have successfully completed vocational training or studies
  • You have 2-5 years of experience in a similar Leadership position
  • You have a proven track record of successfully leading and managing customer facing team
  • You have worked with KPIs and know how to achieve them
  • You have strong communication and networking skills
  • You are able to create and continually support people throughout their personal development path
  • You are charismatic and lead with empathy
  • You are fluent in English, German is a plus
  • You are data driven and solution oriented
