The position is based in Cologne (Köln), Germany.

Aufgabenbeschreibung

  • Create and maintain relations to key client accounts and serve as escalation point; offer strategic consultation
  • Manage Client, Publisher, and Partner Relationships; Email Marketing and automation strategy; development and execution for integrated acquisition and nurture programs; and campaigns against revenue targets
  • Drive new business initiatives and partnerships to grow strategic and long-term opportunities
  • Identify and build relationships with key publishers, brands, and influencers
  • Manage client’s budgets, schedules, resources, and external agency/freelancers to drive flawless execution of multiple concurrent projects and client services.
  • Manage relevant agencies and 3rd parties in the execution of programs and the onboarding of new partners or agencies
  • Drive process improvement to work more efficiently, and deliver a high-quality service to our clients
  • Own weekly client priority planning, identifying dependencies, and scoping timelines
  • Forecast, measure, analyze and report on program and campaign ROI, with a focus on driving continuous improvement.
  • Keep pace with demand generation, digital marketing and content marketing trends and best practices; recommend and initiate pilots of emerging technologies and approaches for improving services throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Training and mentoring of Digital Marketing Team Members
  • Conference Strategy – Determining conferences to attend and work together with Strategic Marketing, Sales and Digital Marketing Services Build relationships and act as main point of contact to book of clients while managing digital marketing programs, including SEO, Email, PPC, Partner (Affiliate) and Display

  • Exceptional client-facing skills and attention to details. Able to build strong, resilient, and lasting relationships with clients
  • You enjoy finding opportunities through analysis
  • Strong time-management, organization, and communication skills
  • Marketing channel familiarity: SEO, PPC, Display, Email, Affiliate Marketing. You're a trusted advisor with a service mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • BA/BS; Marketing, Business or related field
  • 5+ years of Digital Marketing experience in a lead client-facing role
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Performance Marketing Networks, and other third-party optimization tools
  • Understanding of Marketing Automation tools such as Emarsys, WhatCounts, Marketo, Hubspot, and/or SFDC/Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with SaaS and ecommerce, at a consultancy, agency, or equivalent is a plus
  • Experience delivering marketing campaigns for B2C and B2B markets is a plus
