Aufgabenbeschreibung

  • Join the Sales team as the first business development manager and act as the main point of contact for our existing key customers
  • Build, strengthen and expand long-term relationships with new and existing partners, identify their main challenges and needs, and uncover new growth opportunities for existing customers
  • Negotiate contracts and maximize the team success by taking ownership of up-selling and cross-selling and supporting the closing of big deals
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales and collaborate with our sales managers to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic marketing and sales plans to generate leads and increase customer attraction
  • You establish your reputation as the go-to person for construction industry knowledge and market expert, you identify and grow new market opportunities for our digital solutions, and continuously share your knowledge with internal stakeholders and C-level executives
  • Play a major role in defying and shaping strategic decisions about our product, target customers, go-to-market strategy, etc.
  • Establish a cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams, dive deep into the product roadmap and develop the best strategies to ensure the successful delivery of the best software solutions in the market
  • Support the Sales Team in their daily business, proactively explore and suggest new ideas and better processes on how to improve their strategy and internal structures

Geforderte Fähigkeiten

  • Extensive experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development or Project Management in a start-up & fast-paced environment
  • German at a native-speaker level and fluent English language skills
  • B2B experience is a must, technical understanding and/or strong interest in software solutions is a strong plus
  • You bring strong organizational and strategic skills and proven expertise in building the best business strategies that lead to success
  • You are a passionate, empathetic and open-minded team player, with a flexible and pragmatic way of working and a strong proactive attitude in bringing in new ideas and innovative solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with the ability to actively listen, build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs and challenges
  • You are motivated, hands-on and keen on working both collaboratively and independently within a cross-functional and interdisciplinary team setting
  • You are a fast learner and you love the responsibility of being the point of intersection between internal and external stakeholders
