Aufgabenbeschreibung

• Process and assign incoming customer requests for our products
• Work in cross-function with consultants and developers so solve requests
• Prepare documentation and reports for colleagues and customers
• Act as QA tester, to ensure quality and correct functionality of our products
• Participate actively in implementation projects of our software solutions

Geforderte Fähigkeiten

• Experience in operations of airport/airline industry alternatively experience in IT support desk or QA Testing
• Communication skills with customers
• Familiar with CRM or Ticketing system
• Analytical skills
• Organized and structured work behavior
• Microsoft Office skills
• Language skills:
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Knowledge of German is desirable, but not obligatory
