Aufgabenbeschreibung

  • Teamlead of more than 10 people
  • Manage shift schedules, hiring processes and new joiner training
  • Plan and support client events and requests
  • Daily quality monitoring, identifying improvement points and implementing action plans
  • Main point of contact for our clients, hold regular meetings to ensure client satisfaction at all times & report building maintenance issues
  • Inventory management (ordering, tracking, reporting usage figures)
  • Food & beverage management (incl. budgeting, reporting and forecasting for ordering)

Geforderte Fähigkeiten

  • Great problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented work approach
  • Excellent communication skills (Fluent English and good German skills, verbal and written)
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Hospitality mindset (“Customer first” attitude; Going the extra mile)
  • Ability to critically analyze operational processes and implement improvements
  • Minimum one-three years working experience in upscale hospitality or office establishments (Experience in Front Office and/or Events/F&B operations is preferred)
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
