  • Full-cycle recruiting: you manage IDnow’s recruiting processes from job creation to hire, being the main contact throughout an agile and fast application process
  • You know how to approach exceptional talents from across the world using various channels and sourcing techniques. In order to stay competitive, you love staying informed about innovative TA practices and always try to make processes smarter and more time-efficient
  • As a strategic partner for dedicated IDnow departments you are strong in building relationships, understand emerging needs and develop the people strategy together with the IDnow management
  • You lead various Employer Branding projects and partner with business to come up with exciting talent activities like meetups or hackathons
  • You take over various HR-related projects such as onboarding programs, employee retention workshops or benefits evaluation; and implement latest trends (e.g. New Work topics) into our daily work life
