Product Owner (m/f/d) fulltime / parttime (80%)

• You will closely collaborate with the founders, internal teams like development, customer success, sales and marketing as well as external service providers
• You review the current product development process and help us to improve by bringing in more structure and clarity
• You are responsible to coordinate and support the different stakeholders involved in the product creation by being a communicative interface
• This also includes moderation of relevant meetings like dailies, weeklies, retrospectives etc.
• You create and manage the backlog and support the founders in defining the product
• You are responsible for the requirements engineering and translate our customers’ needs into our product vision (in close collaboration with the founders) as well as integrate it in our development process
• You set up a process for tracking the performance of the product

Required skills

• 3+ years of relevant professional working experience
• Experience working in a dynamic, agile environment; preferred from SaaS / B2B background
• Experience working with agile software development methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking)
• Experience with usage tracking tools (e.g. Mixpanel, Pendo, Heap etc.) and project management tools (e.g. Asana)
