Design and execute the recruitment strategy (mainly focused on the Product/Tech/UX departments) and lead recruitment-related projects
Lead the recruitment for all Product/Tech/UX positions (including senior positions)
Manage the recruitment process and ensure a great experience for the candidates and the hiring teams
Collaborate with key stakeholders in different roles, internally and externally, to understand the hiring needs
Help us build a strong employer brand (both online and offline)
Set up recruitment metrics
You have international recruitment experience with a focus on (senior) Product, Tech and UX roles
Experience with an agency is a must; in-house experience is a strong plus
You have a passion for hiring diverse talent and the ability to build a diverse funnel
You are used to looking for culture add instead of culture fit
You have an international network and knowledge of the industry
You have experience in independently partnering with (senior) leadership and communicating across all levels of the organization
You pay attention to details, you believe in cultural differences and are able to communicate accordingly with our candidates, you are strong in building networks, your attitude stays positive against all odds
Curiosity drives you, agility is your mindset, you enjoy working in a team
You have a fluent or professional level in English, both written and spoken
Speaking Dutch and / or German is a plus
