  • You take over the inventory as well as the office management
  • You are responsible for planning our weekly little team breaks, our quarterly team events and our bi-annual offsite retreats
  • You support our HR Manager with various administrative tasks, but also with various legal topics
  • You take over the onboarding and offboarding of new employees and constantly improve these processes
  • You are responsible for preparing month end accounting and preparing weekly payment runs
  • You take over the dunning process and debt collection
  • You create, check and send out our outbound invoices to clients as well as partners
