  • Continue the started turn-around and expand sales through profitable growth
  • Implement defined routes to the market and value based pricing, to secure focus and efficiency
  • Show strong leadership
  • Develop the needed organisation and capabilities for success and growth
  • Assume the Managing Director role for the Sales and Service organization in Germany
  • Define, implement and follow up goals, strategies and activities
  • Take an active part in the operative sales with contin- uous follow up
  • Full business planning, budgeting and P/L responsibil- ity
  • Empower staff to take controlled initiatives
