Task description

  • You are in charge of customizations for our touchpoints and you support our clients integrating and using our products.
  • This contains bug fixing and internal bug reporting but also troubleshooting together with the customer.
  • You will be in constant contact with our customers collecting feedback to drive continuous improvement across our products and enhance our documentation.
  • You can draw on your existing experience with technologies such as Javascript, HTML/CSS and RESTful web services
  • You are able to work with a number of customers simultaneously setting priorities and demonstrating strong time management.
  • You want to help make the world a better place (we're serious!)
