- You are in charge of customizations for our touchpoints and you support our clients integrating and using our products.
- This contains bug fixing and internal bug reporting but also troubleshooting together with the customer.
- You will be in constant contact with our customers collecting feedback to drive continuous improvement across our products and enhance our documentation.
- You are able to work with a number of customers simultaneously setting priorities and demonstrating strong time management.
