Aufgabenbeschreibung

  • Strengthen the talent management in the Operations & IT Community groupwide
  • Support the build-up of a strong talent and succession pipeline of key positions in the Operations & IT Community (e.g. COOs)
  • Support the organization, realization and adaption of the two one-year talent development programs
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the realized initiatives and programs and ensure continuous improvement
  • Support the talent planning and be in charge of talent retaining measures
  • Collaboration with Senior Business Leaders
  • Take over the responsibility for upcoming projects and tasks in the area of Community Management and/or Capability Building

Geforderte Fähigkeiten

  • Bachelor´s degree in Economics or in relevant field
  • First experience in the areas of people development, talent management, community management as well as operations & IT.
  • First experience in event and project management
  • Good communicator (verbal and written)
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, but also pragmatic approach
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Very professional in Excel, Windows and PowerPoint
  • English fluent (C level), further language knowledge is a plus
