Aufgabenbeschreibung

  • Support the Allianz Re management team and business leaders in strengthening the leadership capabilities in their teams
  • Build up an HR KPI Dashboard to respond to various reporting requests and realize actions from those data
  • Support the roll-out of the Strategic Workforce Planning initiative and liaise with the AZ Group regarding reporting, future trends and measures we need to implement
  • Lead and facilitate Talent Discussions in liaison with Head of HR and HR BPs, support CxOs and line managers in creating succession and development plans for critical roles/talents and follow up on Talent Discussion action plans
  • Coordinate the Allianz Re nominations for career transition programs
  • Drive diversity topics for AZ Re and supports local initiatives

Geforderte Fähigkeiten

  • University degree in business psychology, business administration or related studies
  • Project management  and data analytics experience
  • Confident to work with multiple senior stakeholders across various areas of the business
  • Good knowledge and understanding of concepts, tools and techniques of change and HR management (esp. leadership, cultural/ behavioral change, career management, performance management)
  • Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Very strong analytical skills and data management proficiency
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, can do attitude
  • Strong consultative and problem-solving approach with good networking and relationship building skills
  • Solid conceptual thinking, well-structured methodological approach and ability to learn fast
